This recipe is for 10 truffles and no baking is needed. These truffles taste amazing, are low in calories, super healthy and so filling. In other words perfect. The recipe is for 10 truffles that are about 100 calories each. A perfect healthy and tasty snack for any time of the day.

What you need:

• 1 Can of black beans
• 100 grams of dried dates
• 40 grams of raw cacao powder
• 40 grams of cocos fiber
• 15 grams of dark chocolate
• 20 grams of chia seeds
• 10 grams of shredded cocos
• A bit of water

What you need to do:

Soak the dried dates in water for about 30 minutes (this makes then moist but can be skipped if in a hurry).
Mix the 20 grams of chia seeds with 50 gram of water. This will make it a thick mass after about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the black beans. Drain the dates and add everything but extra water in a mixer. When it’s all mixed up slowly add a little water until you hit that perfect truffle consistency. Roll 10 truffles and add the shredded cocos.

If you can not wait to eat them I recommend adding them to the freezer for 20 minutes to make them harder. If you can wait you can add them to your fridge where they will keep for days.
