Your search is over. This recipe can save anybody from over eating. Protein fluff is super filling at incredibly low calories. This awesome thing is 60 calories and has 7 grams of protein. It takes 10 minutes to make. It tastes like a mix of whipped cream and softice.

What you need:

  • 10 grams of Pure Whey of your favorite flavour. I recommend Birthday Cake from Bulk Powders.
  • 60 ml of milk. You can use any kind of milk, but I recommend dairy or almond for the best fluff.
  • 15 grams of Zero calorie Erythritol sweetener.
  • 1.5 grams of Xanthan Gum (about half a teaspoon). This is what will make fluff and grow in size.

What you need to do:

Put the 4 ingredients into a bowl. You can use a hand mixer but a stand mixer will make the job easier.
Simply mix until it’s nice a fluffy. This takes 5-10 minutes depending on what mixer you use.

If you want it to have a nice crunch in it, you can break up a rice cake and add it after the protein fluff is mixed.
