60 Calorie Protein Fluff – The Ultimate Craving Killer
Your search is over. This recipe can save anybody from over eating. Protein fluff is super filling at incredibly low calories. This awesome thing is 60 calories and has 7 grams of protein. It takes 10 minutes to make. It tastes like a mix of whipped cream and softice.
What you need:
- 10 grams of Pure Whey of your favorite flavour. I recommend Birthday Cake from Bulk Powders.
- 60 ml of milk. You can use any kind of milk, but I recommend dairy or almond for the best fluff.
- 15 grams of Zero calorie Erythritol sweetener.
- 1.5 grams of Xanthan Gum (about half a teaspoon). This is what will make fluff and grow in size.
What you need to do:
Put the 4 ingredients into a bowl. You can use a hand mixer but a stand mixer will make the job easier.
Simply mix until it’s nice a fluffy. This takes 5-10 minutes depending on what mixer you use.
If you want it to have a nice crunch in it, you can break up a rice cake and add it after the protein fluff is mixed.
